Time to Find Your New Home

We will browse and review online listings
We will set up new and off market notifications of homes that match your needs
Attend Open Houses
Research Neighborhoods
Do drive bys (the legal kind)
We will select 5-8 homes to view

Time to make an Offer

Discuss the purchase contract in detail
Talk about multiple – offer strategies (if needed)
Present the offer to the listing agent
Negotiate price and terms of the contract
Discuss counter offers (if needed)
Execute and Receipt Contract with agreed upon terms.

               Step 3
Are we in Escrow now or what?!

Execute and send the contract to the chosen title company

Collect initial payment to escrow according to the terms of
the contract

Send executed contract to your chosen lender

Contact your chosen insurance agent for homeowners coverage

Attend all inspections with you (if desired)

Review all disclosures and reports

Negotiation or Accept repairs based on inspection reports

Review Title Documents

Schedule Final Walk-trough prior to closing date

Are we there yet?! YES, we are! Closing Day

Discuss & Review closing statement from lender and title company

Wire funds needed to disclose to the Title Company

Meet at the Title Company to sign documents

Transfer all Utilities into your name

Closed and Funded!
